Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. To respect the time of our practitioners and fellow clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service total.
- No-call / no-show appointments will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
- If we are unable to collect a cancellation fee, pre-payment will be required for future bookings.
