Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. To respect the time of our practitioners and fellow clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation terms:
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost.
For prepaid appointments, 94% of the original payment will be refunded. A 6% fee will be retained to cover payment processing costs and administrative fees.
