We welcome clients from Winston-Salem and surrounding communities, including Kernersville, Pfafftown, East Bend, Lewisville, Clemmons, Rural Hall, and King.
What are your hours?
We are open seven days a week:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM–8:00 PM
Our extended hours make it easier to fit massage therapy, facials, and other spa services into your schedule.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome based on therapist availability. We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance when possible to help ensure your preferred service, time, and provider are available.
Do you offer same-day massage appointments?
Same-day appointments may be available depending on therapist availability. Call us at (336) 742-3145 to check availability.
Is a 60-minute massage actually a full 60 minutes?
Yes. At Qi Massage & Natural Healing Spa, a 60-minute massage includes a full 60 minutes of hands-on massage time.
While some spas may use a portion of a “60-minute” appointment for consultation, changing, or other activities, we take things a step further by providing the full hands-on massage time.

Do you offer couples massages?
Yes. Qi Massage & Natural Healing Spa offers couples massages so you can relax and enjoy the experience together.
We also offer a unique Salt Cave experience for couples massages, providing an especially relaxing setting for a date, anniversary, celebration, or shared self-care experience.
Do you offer couples massage memberships?
Yes. Couples membership options are available for guests who want to make massage a regular part of their routine together.

Do your memberships require a long-term contract?
No. Our memberships are month-to-month rather than long-term contracts. Memberships automatically renew each month with your signed consent, and cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.
What are the benefits of becoming a Qi member?
A Qi membership makes it easier to make regular self-care part of your routine while receiving special member pricing.
Depending on your membership, benefits may include:

Can I choose between massage and facial services with my membership?
Qi offers monthly membership plans for massage and facial services. Available options vary by membership, so we recommend reviewing our Membership page or contacting us for current plan details.

Do you offer Head Spa treatments?
Yes. Our Head Spa treatments are designed to provide a relaxing, rejuvenating experience that includes scalp massage, a premium hair wash, and hand and arm massage.
Do you offer prenatal or pregnancy massage?
Yes. We offer pregnancy massage as well as inducing prenatal massage services. Please contact us if you have questions about which service is appropriate for you before scheduling.
Can I purchase a Qi Massage & Natural Healing Spa gift card?
Yes. Gift cards are available and can be used to give someone the experience of relaxation and self-care. Gift memberships may also be purchased.
Do you accept HSA or FSA payments?
Yes. Qi Massage & Natural Healing Spa accepts Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Under our cancellation policy, appointments canceled without sufficient notice may be subject to a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost.
Can minors receive massage services?
Clients under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on the premises during the appointment. A minor consent form must also be completed and signed, and additional therapist requirements apply. Please contact us before scheduling a massage for a minor so our team can review the requirements with you.
