If Client is under the Age of 16 years old, Client must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will need to stay on the premises, the time of the appointment. The Massage Therapist must be the same gender as the Minor as well as fill out and sign a Minor consent form. If Minor does not abide by this the Massage can not take place and can still be charged 100% for the service.
